there are two vaccumm lines coming off my tcase were does the green one go? can anybody help me??

The picture is kind of small. If the arrow is pointing to what I think it is, I have been trying to figure out what that thing is for a while. It looks to be some kind of little air filter. On my truck it is just sitting there exacly like yours. Can you post a bigger pic? Maybe somebody who knows WTF it is will chime in.
