My 97 Ram 1500 makes a weird buzzing sound whenever I have the key in the ignition and stops when I pull it out. It occurs constantly whether I am driving or the engine is not running. It seems to be comming from a black box that i think is part of my fuses. Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it? I also have a remote starter, could these be part of the problem?

 

if you want to just pull it out pull the fuse box off and just pull the box out thats what i did cause mine was doing the same thing when you had the key in and the door shut it would be on no matter what i think something stuck inside it so i just pulled it out takes like 15 min
