Your exhaust sounds about right. You could go with both headers and a high-flow cat using the system you have now and not take much of a loss in your torque. I'd probably go with the 50mm throttle body though, if you're going to go with a cold air intake. You'll still see a good increase in throttle response, even with the 50. That's just my opinion though.

I remember steve00ram360 having several different setups on his truck as far as exhaust and intakes go....trying to find the best balance between torque and horsepower. Maybe he will chime in on what worked best for him.
