Installed the 02 sensor sim, removed cat, installed 40 series f/m single in dual out on 2001 ram witha 5.9. The truck sounds freakin incredible except for one thing. Between 1900 and 2500 RPM's, it sound almost like one or two of the cylinders is firing louder than the rest. At idle and over 2500 rev's, it sounds great. Could this be due to the computers' timing curve? I had a pontiac 6000 with a v6 that almost did the same thing when the computer advanced the timing. Any suggestions would be helpful.
