Default Shock Question?

Does anyone know if shocks on the Rams from 1998 thru 2001 (4x4 models) are the same? Or is there any difference?

Thanks

They're all the same, with the exception of the off-road edition Rams.

I did forget one thing...the shocks are usually GVWR specific. An 8800lb GVWR Ram has a different shock than a truck with a lighter GVWR. It doesn't have anything to do with weight carrying capacity, but rather the ability to slow that much weight down.

If you're going 1/2 ton to 1/2 ton you shouldn't have an issue. When you get into the 3/4 ton trucks and especially the 1 tons you have to be more careful though.

Guess I should've asked you what you were looking to swap before I answered. My bad [:'(]
