this is wat the 15's look like with 35x12.50 2001 dodge 1500 sport 4x4 no lift. easy clear except the caliper rubs. needs some grindin then i guess good to go

 

I wouldn't worry about the cheap mud tires, if he hasn't found a set by now he's probably never going to.

 

wow from that pick it looks like you'll rip the bumper off when you try to turn?
I have a 4 inch body lift and heavier springs with my 35's and I rub when turning and hitting a bump or offroading so keep that in mind

 

I have 15" DC-1's on my 99 sport and didn't have to grind the calipers.

 

if you bothered to read the whole thread you would have learned they are talking about 2001 rams only the setup is different than previous years.

 

Actually, 2000 models have the dual piston calipers too, and I think the 99's as well.

 

2000 and up have the dual piston calipers, and with some rims grinding is required. Why one would want to grind down a caliper casting is beyond me...even though it isn't a lot, someone thought it should be there.
