When installing a used PCM, do I need to take it to a dealer to have my VIN, mileage, etc..., flashed into it for it to work properly? That is what the instructions that come with a new Mopar PCM say, but that is intended for the first owner. What do I need to do as the second owner of the PCM?

 

i would think it would be the same thing.
