looks good Rad.

I thought about doing one for a while but then came to the realization that if the water came up high enough to need a snorkel, I would have more worrys than just sucking in water

1. it looks ghetto. the sun will end up cracking the pvc unless you got the special resistant kind.
2. when it rains hard you will be sucking up water with that setup anyway
3. can you get any more lights on your truck?
4. have you ever cleaned the thing?

to each their own.

the last 2 i said were mean, sorries bad day at work. the first 2 were meant to be constructive. i used to know a bunch of ppl that would rock the pvc intakes and they would crack in the sunlight/engine heat. also the pvc when hot taints the air or some crap that ur engine is taking in.

and if it rained really hard i think your truck would get owned watch out for that!

1. i dont know how it looks 'ghetto'. no one makes a snorkel kit for the ram, and i think i made it look fairly decent. and i dont know how the sun will crack the pvc when its under 3 coats of textured plastic specific paint
2. possibly, i'm still contemplating some changes to the system to better cope with heavy rain
3. if i could, please show me where, and they'll be on there in a week
4. no

and i also dont take anything you guys say to heart...i know everyone has different views on what a truck should look like. i do like clean trucks and all that crap, but when i got mine i decided i had a different look in mind, and that is to (in my eyes, anyway) look purposeful, functional, and well used. i'm not trying to make it look 'clean'. i like the almost jagged looks of it now...brushguard and lights just bolted straight on the bumper (which has the platic pieces ripped off), snorkel cutting out of the fender, hi-lift bolted right to the inside of the bed...

but again, i dont mind, say whatever you think. and i do appreciate the constructive criticism.

edit: door opens fine, it clears perfectly. the snorkel is also solidly mounted...unless i hook it on a large tree, i dont think its coming off
