i have a 95 dodge ram, just got it yesterday..... i am wanting to buy some rims for it. what is the bolt pattern and what backspacing would yall recommend for it? thanks in advance for any help!

I know on my '01 1500 its 5 lugs with 5 1/2" between them and the wheels I have, have 5" of backspacing

Dana 44 up front. Chrysler 9.25 in the rear. 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern.

stock wheels i do believe have a 4.5" backspacing.

the prefered back spacing 3.5" if going with a larger tire. 4 " is ok but you may rub your control arms.

3" or less and you're asking for wheel hub problems.
