Default pcv, valve cover...leaky, leaky.

I have s little bit of what looks to be a haze of oil splatter on top of the right valve cover near(between) oil cap and the pcv(just changed it 3k miles ago). Is this normal? I am not losing oil and I have no power loss. it just looks bad sitting right on top like that....anyone else have this?

i have that same problem on my truck, looks like oil residue on top of the valve cover, but it isn't wet or slick to the touch. i've wondered about it at times, i hope one of the older wiser ram guys on here has something to say about it.

Try cleaning out where your valve goes in, sometimes it gets gunk in these and pushes seal around, may as well replace valve at the same time.........get the metal valve as a replacement not the plastic
