Plug Wires any difference?
To start it off:
97 2500 V10 4X4
130,000 miles
Priced plug wires for tune up and found a huge difference in price. Autozone wanted $39.99 and NAPA wanted $65.99 for theirs. Question is, is there a difference between sets? I mean $25.00 bucks is a pretty big difference. Any thoughts or comments are welcomed.

What size are the wires? The autozone ones might be 7.5mm and the NAPA ones might be 8.5mm. The NAPA ones might also have better boots on them. Hard to tell though...I don't know anything about either of their wires.
Personally, I'd go with Magnecor, MSD, or Mopar Performance wires. They'd all run you more than $65, but are well worth it. Just me though
I also wouldn't replace the wires unless I knew I was having problems with my current wires. Spark plug wires can last a loooooong time

Thanks Rom for the input. Not sure of the size of the autozone wires. The ones I picked up from NAPA were 8.5mm. I debated about replacing them at all but figured I might as well since I have no idea of when a tune up was last performed. I'm the second owner of the truck and the first owner didn't take very good care of her. I figured if I changed the wires now it would save me from doing it later down the road and as you said "wires can last a long time", hopefully I won't have to change them again as long as I own the truck. What else would you suggest me changing out for the tune up. My list includes the following: plug wires, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, clean TB. If I'm leaving something out, let me know.

I think you'll find changing the fuel filter to be impossible
since it doesn't have one. All the truck has is a sock on the fuel pump...which is in the tank [8D]
Other than that, your list looks good. The truck has a DIS, so there's no cap/rotor. The only other suggestions I would have would be a thermostat and coolant change, if that hasn't been done in the last 25,000 miles....and a brake fluid change, if it hasn't been changed in the last 35,000 miles.

Hmm no fuel filter?? Yep, can't find it in my Haynes manual anywhere lol. Brake fluid has been done when I re-did all the brakes. Haven't flushed the coolant though. Will do that as well and replace the thermostat. Thanks for the input Rom. I appreciate it..
