Default Performance PCM

Just scored that Mopar Performance PCM off of eBay. Claimed to be for a 2wd but I couldn't find anything that make them specific to that type. So now, if it works, I guess I've got a weak link finder for my drivetrain.

Think it was worth $127.50? [&o]

Should work. The 2wd and 4wd versions have different part #s, but I've never been able to figure out why since there is nothing electronic in the transfer case.

It won't really be a weak link finder, but it will weaken your wallet a little more....since you have to run premium gasoline with it installed

Hmm ... think the 4WD light will still come on?

Bet I don't pass emissions testing either. I might have to keep my old PCM for an annual swap-out.

Oh, and Rom, thanks for the heads-up.

I believe the Mopar PCM is emmissions legal. I was just looking in an old Summit catalog, and they give a CARB # (California legal). Don't know if the 4wd/2wd thing would cause a problem, though.
