well im switching out my busted t case for one i got at the junkyard. i went and replaced all the seals in this one and in my bordom, ( its raining here so i got nothing better to do) i painted it gloss black with engine paint. looks good and im hoping it might keep it cooler. once i get the other one out im going to open it up and see what happened. ill post up some pics.

I assume that is a 231 in the picture. Did you look at swapping in the 241 or 241 HD ?
