Default Replacing lifters

Is there a good write up on replacing the lifters? I have to replace the plenum gasket and huges upgrade also. I have one bad lifter so I am replacing the whole side just to be safe. I don't want to miss one. Also what do I torque the spider plate in the middle down to? Torque on the valve covers also? The motor is a 5.2 1999. Thanks for the help.
