Default Brake dust question

I think I asked this a long time ago but i cant remember the answer

with all the options on the market for materials used in making brake pads... I have always been curious witch material based pads leave the littlest amount of brake dust..

with my new aluminum rims.. and being the way they are... kinda aPITA to polish every weeek.. i was wondering if anyone knew what pads leave less brake dust...

ceramic, carbon, metallic etc etc. with the sake of saving my new expensive rims. ive noticed the pads i have now on the ram leave ALOT of brake dust and the dust likes to eat itself INTO my rims

on the other hand i have found the ONLY wheel cleaner that has actually worked as advertised... its from Eagle One and its Metal Etching wheel cleaner.. no elbow grease required... stuff works amazingly!!! just leaves the rims a but dull and needs a polish job afterwords... but it defentatly removes all traces of brake dust..

im up for brakes on the truck soon and at the same time ill be doing the cylinder mod .. i just wanna get the good pads this time..isntead of the autozone cheepies that are on now..

I agree with ^^^^^^. Ceramics are the way to go if brake dust is your concern. I have Akebono ceramics, and pretty much don't even need to clean my wheels for brake dust.
