You can raise it 3". Just need to drill the frame. Reposition/measure the lower bolt hole in the bumper bracket. Bolt it in place and drill another while it's in place. Two will hold, unless you plan on putting a ball and towing from it.
Hey RAD, I see you didn't relocate the spare tire screw/crank.
Good spot for the back up lights. My hitch was hidden except for the dropped reciever before the lift. After the body lift it looks like a factory one so my lights had to go under. Picked mine up at Autozone for around $20. They come with an L bracket that clamps around the hitch.

I glad I read this post, I just drilled my frame out today after work. My bumper is bent anyway so there was no way I was paying for the brackets. But the gap did annoy me and the drill fixed it. Gotta love doing it for free.
Filling the gap with lights is a nice idea, that would help me out at the job sights alot. I guess thats next on the list.
