Yep, everything is still functional.
I'm sure that my CB isn't the best model in the world, but for where I have it mounted I'll take the trade off. It's kinda hard to see, but I mounted the mic clip to the outside of the console so that it hangs facing forward right in front of my hand. Works perfect !!
The other thing you see mounted to the dash is my brake booster, Again, I couldn't be happpier with the placement. Adjusting it is right there.

What year is your Ram? My cup holders are in that spot so I couldn't mount it there unless I gave up the holder. Being the coffee drinker that I am, there is no way in Helen that I'm doing that !!!
Bala Cynd .... LOL .... a cake walk compaired to other sections. Glad to hear you made it through. Most of Philly is fine, but if you find yourself in the wrong area, a Brinks truck may be your best way out. LOL

My Ram is a 95'. It's a work in progress.
When I worked for the railroad, I had to take a 3 week class somewhere just south of Philly. A place called AIT institute. All I can remember is Lagoons, Lou Turks, and many, MANY cheesesteaks.....lol.
The night we were at Lagoons, Ron Jaworski was there. What a dirtbag he was towards people. The placed rocked though.
Take care.
