Thats an option, you will save some money, and definatly get more flex out of the truck, but if you use it as a DD, then make sure you get it fixed. I still recommend the ebay ones, they are so simple to install. if you dont fix it and drive regularly, you will notice less control and handling will seem off. its there to keep the body from swaying (hence sway bar) but who knows how much they actually work...

They work a lot ... if you replace the rubber bushings with urethane (I'd like to find something stiffer than that ... maybe aluminum). The less body roll, the more weight you keep on the inside tires in a turn. I drive mine hard into corners and it stays pretty flat. One would never confuse it for a Cup car but I can keep the speed up without a peep from the tires. I've got one from Summit Racing to install in the rear. Supposedly you only ever need one on any vehicle but I'm not buying it.

Absolutely VITAL if you carry a drop-in camper.
