Straight off the internet ... so it could be wrong.

Yup, P0305 is #5 cyl. misfire...P0300 is random/multiple misfire, then p0301-p0308 (or 10, not sure, never worked on a v10) are for individual cyl. misfires. Plug or wire, possible injector, possible, but rare, head problem.
