I have a 98 slt Laramie package 1500 4x2, The truck runs great but periodically the ABS light and the Air Bag Light will sound and all gauges will shut down. Sometimes it is just for a few seconds then everything is ok, the lights go off and gauges start working, Other times the lights will stay on and gauges will not not work until I stop the truck and turn it off and restart it. Once I do this it works fine. I changed the rear gear sensor and it worked great for about 1 week then started doing it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I do not want to spend my entire savings at the dealership.
