i got a dumb question.. does anyone know where i can get a build sheet by putting in my VIN #? i know i can get it at the dealership, but i live in the boondocks and its 50+ miles to the nearest dealership! so i was just wondering where online i can enter my VIN # and get the buildsheet. thanks for any help fellas!

took me about 2 days to get it back..they email it to you... some have taken longer others shorter.. just depends i guess

I would go this way, I did it and got mine the next day. I would rather give my VIN to Dodge then someone else. Nothing against you TSP thats just the way I am.

Just for the sake of discussion ... what's the big deal with broadcasting a VIN? Or a license number for that matter? Can't anyone just walk up to a vehicle and read this information for themselves in any Walmart parking lot?

Seriously ... what's the issue?

I understand any fears you all might have if you like you could call me at my work and give me the vin over the phone the number is 940-321-2679 just ask for tim..and belive me if i wanted to scam somebody it wouldnt be other dodge guys i already have a ram [&:]

Like I said it's just the way I am. I would rather go right through Dodge's web. The dealer dosen't even get my numbers untill it gets there.
