Got my money ready to make my dodge ram fast!!!!

Okay your choices

50mm fastman or 52? (it says reccomend 50 for the 5.2 and i have the 5.2)
1.6 or 1.7 roller rockers?
how much stall should i put to my stall converter?
What kind of gears should i run (im a 1/4 guy but i wanna a little play for a little longer)

other items ive bought... good or bad

Hypertech programmer
318 to 390 stroker kit
FIPK K&N

and what should i do to my tranny???

and other ideas are appreciated!!!

if you have the motor stroked to a 390 and they recomend a 52 for the 5.9[360] i'd say go with the 52. if you are running a stock cam go with the 1.7 rockers. if its a after market cam stay with the 1.6 rockers.as far as tranny and the convertor someone else will have to jump in with any input.

MY choices? Wow ...

Bigger motor ... bigger TB ... get the 52mm ... *IF* you're gonna make it a stroker.

How much money do I have to spend on my tranny? Is this eventually gonna be pure strip or you plan on driving this sometimes? A high stall converter for the strip should be matched to the motor's torque output. If you plan on keeping it dual purpose ... 3k or so should keep it drivable while giving respectable performance on the 1/4. You can always change it later.
