On a new subject, I have a 02 chrysler voyager that has had 2 recalls done on the power steering hoses. Ever since then I have had a moan in my power steering area at idle. I took it to the local dealer and originally they said it was covered by warranty, then said it was the rack & pinion system and said it was not covered. They want about $1000 to replace it. I have read that this is a fairly common problem among mopars. Is there a recall that I am not seeing any place? Or can I push the issue and file a claim with mopar? This is pretty frustrating because the van is still newer. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
