Tranny band adjustment
Chime in If you know the answer...........
When adjusting front band on the tranny can you put the truck in low range to move the lever that sits in front of the adjusting screw, these bands are hydraulic controlled so gear position shouldnt matter? Any thoughts on this..............

yes you can move shift lever to get at adjustment screw for front band,because truck is not running when adjusting there is no pressure in trans,i prefer to remove trans pan and adjust ban untill actuator has 1/4 inch play
