Gap depends on if your running stock ignition or not. If you are, and the plugs are 3923's, gap them at about .038. If they are 3924's, gap them to the factory spec of .040. I run Mopar Performance wires that are 7.5mm. Stock wires should be fine for you though. Otherwise, Taylor wires are pretty decent usually.

Its not a must but you are there, so you might as well. Be sure to get brass terminals too, go to NAPA or Oriellys. NOT AUTOZONE lol. The only thing I can build off of what SilverDodge said is if you are planning to upgrade your ignition any time soon, you might want to consider getting better than stock wires. The Accel ones I have were like 80 bucks but you could get the cheaper SuperStocks, they are like 40 I think.

No, but it is a good idea. It is far more likely that your cap and rotor needs changing then your wires, unless you know for sure your wires are compromised somehow. Anytime I do my plugs, I also do cap and rotor (about every 25-30k miles).

The electrodes erode away as they are used. The longer they're in there ... the fatter the gap.
