Default ABS relay and fuse

I had my CE come on last night with a code 33 (A/C clutch relay). I pulled the cover off the fuse box under hood, and nothing obvious with the relay. I'll check and replace if necessary. But, when I looked at the other relays and fuses, I realized that there is no ABS relay or fuse in the box. Everything I have says the truck has rear ABS. Any problem with putting in a relay and fuse to see what happens, or am I just asking for trouble? Any special problems with ABS I should watch out for? I've had the truck for a couple of months now, and haven't had any braking problems, that I'm aware of. As usual, thanks for any replys!!

yeah do it and see what happens. you could take one of the other relays out just to try it... IIRC the windshield washer relay is the same.

The "rear ABS" you're refering to is called RWAL (Rear Wheel Anti-Lock) and the fuse for it is not under the hood ... it's in the dash fuse block. Fuse #3. ABS is a different animal entirely (4-wheel ABS) and I suspect that is what will use the relay and fuse combo you are curious about.
