Default Another Cat Question

I am a new member here. I have seen alot of recall talk about those Catalytic Convertors, hearing the rattling from underneath. Well I had not really paid too much attention until I started reading those posts. So last night I actually did here the rattling. Got on the posts this morning and hunted around for some links to the recall pages you guys talk about but I could not find the actual link to a recall. I searched the recall portion of this website and the TSB.

I have a:

Stock
98 RAM SLT
2wd
5.9

BTW - Thanks to this board I was able to dignose my CEL problem down to the speed sensor on my tranny. I already ordered the part. Thanks guys.

Thanks for the help. I read the thread and printed off both the EPA story and the USA today story as proof when I do go to the dealer. Also I found an 800 number to call however, it was for Canada 1-800-465-2001. Is there a US number as well? I searched but was unable to locate one.

Ok I checked with the dealer they are not going to warranty the CAT. Oh well. So now what are my options? I have read that people have been replacing them with magna flow CAT, but is this the best choice? What should I do here?
