Default Rough Idle

When I start my truck in the mornings it has a rough idle. After a minute or two it clears up. Any help on this would be appreciated.

it could.. but during startup the PCM is in open loop (iirc) this means the motor runs with very little sensor input untill its warmed up.. this also alows the 02 sensors time to warm up by their internal heating elements.

a good tune up might be in order.. also .. give your throttle body a good cleaning along with all the sensors (3 of them) a good cleaning. best way to do this is remove the TB and then remove all 3 sensors and clean them along with the TB with a good TB/Carb cleaner

Be sure to get the IAC (on the back of the throttle body, towards the firewall), I am almost sure it is what is causing your problem, I had the same thing going on and going along with shott, check the tune-up on it.
