When I installed my electric fan I drilled a hole in one of the mounting tabs of the washer fluid bottle then used a screw from the shroud and the mounting hole for the shroud to mount the washer fluid bottle. It seems to work realy well and has held up for over 6 months now. The coolant resevoir has just been zip tied to the frame. I haven't decided how to mount it yet.

I have heard of installing two fans one on the inside pulling and one on the outside behind the grill as a pusher. I wonder how much air the pusher would block.

It looks like they dont fit to well to me. You are probably gonna end up breaking the one on the driver side with the way it is angled like that. If those fans move as much air as my flex a lite 290s then it will put a lot of stress on the it where it mounts and over time could cause it to break.

I'm getting ready to buy a pair of electric fans, either 14 or 16. My question is are you guys running one fan all the time without any heat issues? I've got an e-thermostat that i'm setting to turn one on at 170-180 but I'm not so sure if I should run both or can I get away with running just one?

tani, they pull. thats why i couldn't moutn one on the other side, or the open gaping size would be facing out on front.

yea my wiper fluid bottle is just ziptied in place at the moment, gonna be working something out for that soon.
