well i just wanted to let everyone know that today i desided im gunna start my next project. im taking a 93 power ram drive train and sticking it into this... I cant wait is gunna be sickkkkk. im custom making the chassis myself from some 1.75 & 2.00" DOM tube i just got a hole truck load of today. ( no shotts you cant have some! [8D] ) im gunna put some 37's on it. coil overs, its gunna have a 5.2, NV3500 trans, NP241 HD t case. axles im still undesided. Im not sure when exactly im gunna start it but im gunna start pulling the parts off the donor truck within the month. sorry just had to get some of my exitment out.

axles.. id stick with the ones that are on the 93 and then when/if they break you can upgrade later.. i know my buddy got his rocks front and rear for under 500 bux.. ill ask him for more details.. if you want.. i know rocks are a little on the retarded heavy side.. being 900 lbs apeice.. but ya never know...

Isn't that still a chain driven T-case? And why wouldn't you go with at custom build 5.9 engine?

i have no need for a 5.9 when i have a perfectly good 5.2, i could use a 4 cyl for all i care. there gearing is gunna be soo low that its gunna have more ***** then it knows what to do with.

 

you didnt lose your mind... it got better. i wish i had the shop and tools to pull off something like that. I'm jealous. keep us posted step by step if you dont mind.
