RTZ Dodge?

For a few weeks now I've been seeing a 2nd gen Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with "RTZ" written on the side just above the "4x4" logo. Does anyone know what this means? I'm just curious because I've never seen a Dodge like that. Could it just be a custom logo? Or perhaps it was a special edition Ram?

It's usually its a dealership thing. Some dealers put "fancy" decals on the sides of their cars they sell. lol
