Default Outside Electrical Mirrors
I have electric mirrors (SLT Ram) and they "flap" or "flop" when driving down the road. I saw there is a TSB for this, but I am having trouble locating it. I removed the driver's side mirror yesterday, dismantled everything, but cannot figure out how to keep it from flopping.

Can anyone point me to the fix?
