I swapped engines in my truck about 6 months ago by replacing the 318 with a performance 360. The truck ran fine and I was pretty satisfied with it except for the fuel mileage. Yesterday I found a 360 computer for $75 so I thought I'd give it a try. While the 318 computer did work, it doesn't hold a candle to how the 360 computer lets my engine run. Night and day difference.

In other threads I have stated there was no need to swap computers when swapping the engine. I now take that back and highly advise finding the correct 360 computer. You will not be sorry.
