Default Service/Repair Manual

Who make a good Service/Repair manual for a 2000 Ram 1500 4X4? I'd like to get something before I have the need for it. I've found one on E-Bay that's listed as an OEM manual but wonder if there is a good one that is popular with everyone. Thanks for any info!

I have always bought the factory manuals right from my dealer. They cost a pretty penny but why not have all the correct info right in front of you. Those Haynes and Chiltons manuals are very limited. I bought a factory service manual, the brake manual, electrical, vacuum, and A/C manual. All 5 cost me $425.00 That was back in November of 1995.....lol.

Good luck.

Save some money and download this one, it is for a 2001 but it should be the same.

Thanks for the link to a downloadable manual! One year differance shouldn't make a whole lot of differance. It should work out great. Thanks again!

I found that link last night and down loaded it. I tossed away $20.00 for a chilton's three weeks ago and they did'nt even list the 2001 model year. One ends in 2000 and the new book starts in 2002. Go figure. The shop manual is the best. Thanks to who ever posted the link.
