Default RE: RPM Surge??

Hey it sounds like we have the same problem mine does it in over drive driving normal and then it will go from 1.5 rmp to almost 2.0 rpm them back and forth. What I will do is put in drive for about 10 seconds then back into over drive and most of the time it will fix it. I have had the transmission shop look at it and they aid it was not the transmission but they think it could be the tps. Also they said I was running extremely lean and said to get a chip well the chip the great fixed allot of the lag and some of the lazy nest in the truck but still the rpm will go up and down. My next step is to get that tps sensor this weekend and see if that will fix it. Also 90 percent of the time it when I drive the truck for the first time that day and it will do this about 3-4 times a week. Does this sound like what you’re having problems with and have you got it fixed yet.
Thanks Casper
