i've used the 4 high and made it through some pretty thick stuff no problem. haven't tried 4lo yet. but i will probably next weekend. oh there is a GREAT mud pit. when my friend finally gets the pics off his camera i'll post some up.

what tire and gear combo are you running? and do you have all terrains or mud terrains on your truck and how well do they clean?

and i would love to see pics of a dodge going through a mud pit

ive never seen what mine looks like throwing mud up since im the only one that drives my truck

I don't know how you can get away with driving on pavement with 4wd on. I did it once on accident when leaving a trail and i messed up my u-joint right away.

I'd still stick with 4lo, you can get the wheels spinning pretty fast still once the trans shifts. Just my opinion

Glad I found this forum...Just got this my wife this jacked up '95 2500 Cummins for a daily driver and my weekend toy...Was trying to figure out how to tell her when she could/couldn't put it into 4wd...Looks like you all answered my question...Thanks
