after my 95 dodge warms up and u decided to pass someone it will just start stalling and acting like its getting no gas, and everything goes to shaking, and real low idil before it cuts off lol...maybe 2 hrs later it will start working, it will act a little clogged up when u 1st crank it.

 

Sounds like a fuel presure problem, probably a volume problem. Also could be a clogged filter like you said, either way you ahve to replace the whole unit.
