Default Please help....2000 Dies at low speed

I know I have a bad speed sensor cause my speedometer doesn't register until 18 mph and my ABS system is not working(light is on). Another problem, though, started happening at the same time...At low speeds coming to a stop, the engine dies. It will start right back up. I can "fool" the car by putting the trans in neutral(or just ride the clutch) before I slow down. Is the speed sensor causing this too? Also, could it be the TPS since it does change rpms by itself, but that got better after I changed the Spark plugs and the air filter. It is V6, manual with 173000 miles

no, it sounds like your TB needs to be cleaned. common problem with the magnum motors. yank it off and clean it real good, take off the IAC and make sure its cleaned at its valve area real good.
