code 38

I have a 96 dodge ram that is having problems. When u turn the truck on and of twice and leave the key on the engine code that come up is 38. I have the Haynes manual but that code is not listed. If anyone knows what this is can you let me know? Thanks for your respones.

Are you sure that is the correct code? The references I have stop at 37 and pick back up at 41.
