I went to play cd's in my player, and it keeps givin me the err message. it played 2 cds, but i went and had dinner, came back out and tried again, and then they came up with err. whats up with it? i was so happy i finally got a vehicle with a cd player!

 

might need to clean the lens, they sell them all over the place they should have them at walmart or target anystore like that

 

Is it the factory radio? Was it cold when you got the error?

 

My original Factory unit in my Ram did the same thing, same message. I cleaned it with the lense cleaner you get at Wal-Mart and it fixed the problem, you just put a cleaner Cd in and it tells you what to do from there.

 

I remember when I had the stock cd player in thyere it would have a hard time playing burned cd's.
