Default Computer codes

I've been getting a check engine light for a while now.....I turned the ignition off and on 3 times and I got 1-2-3-2-5-5 blinks of the check engine light. I went to the page at allpar.com that lists the codes and I know the last two "5" blinks are the comp closing out but the "12" code is "Battery or computer recently disconnected" but that hasn't hapened.... and the "32" code is gibberish to me:" (1990-92, all but Turbo) computer didn't see change in air/'fuel ratio when EGR activated" Has anybody else had this happen? I'm not very mechanical but am trying very hard to learn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is verbatim from a 95' factory service manual and applies to all 95's with gas motors.

32**

EGR solenoid circuit - An open or shorted condition detected in the EGR solenoid circuit.

OR

EGR system failure - A mechanical problem found in EGR system (vacuum line leak, defective EGR valve, plugged EGR tube, etc).

** Check Engine Lamp will illuminate during engine operation if this Diagnostic Trouble Code was recorded.

Hope that helps dude. The above applies to ALL gas engines.

Good luck.

I talked to my mechanic and he said "I've seen grown men cry putting a EGR valve in" Has anybody heard that? I'm pretty much a noob Where is the EGR located?
