Gettin Head...s

I am looking at the Big Valve R/T heads for my 97 5.9 and wondered if anything came out with them from the factory or if they are an order only kind of thing. Where, if at all possible, can i get a set of used R/T heads? Or if any of you guys know where (of course) to get them fairly cheap. Sorry i didn't specify the big valve part.
