Default Changing bolt pattern

I want to go from my 1500s 5 bolt pattern to the 2500s 8 bolt pattern for all my rims. I have a sweet set of some weld racing rims that are 18x10 with the dodge 8 bolt pattern and are wrapped in 33 inch nitto ATs. I want them on my truck but dont want to get new wheels. What do i need to do? Has anyone done this? I am assuming i will need to get new hubs or whatever they are called from a 2500 but will they just "bolt on"? and do you think the 1500 chassis/drivetrain/wheel bearings will support the bigger bolt pattern?

I need as much info as possible. Please help, and thanks a ton!
