Default Transmission Rebuild

I'm getting my transmission rebuilt in a couple of days and I was wondering if the price sounded right to you. It's a 4-speed automatic with overdrive. My truck's a 2wd with a 318 and has 227,000 miles on it. This is the first time the transmission has been worked on so I guess I've been lucky so far. Anyway, the shop wants $1,200-$1,400 for a complete rebuild. What do you think?

The shops doing it all. The warranty is three months. That may sound kinda short, but I've heard a lot of good things about these people and a lot of my friends have went to them.
