ORIGINAL: TMS Bill

TMS Bill, is that a gen II, or III ram in that photo? I can't find a smooth looking roll pan like that for a gen II. Anyone know where I can get a Indy style "knock off" roll pan?
Looks like a 3rd Gen. I just Googled "roll pan" "dodge ram" to find a pic for IndyRamMan.
yea, i found a few there too. thanks guys. i think i may stick with a bumper. I do like to cut people off and slam on the breaks....lol, jk.

that gap you mentionned you didnlt like on rm indys ram is kind of necessary. you need the extra gap for when you drop the tailgate.

Default Bumper Issue

I am getting ready to install a trailer hitch and receiver. I was looking under the rear bumper and it is in good shape; however, the three foot (or so) bar under the bumper (shares the three holes in the step of the bumper) is completely pitted and flaking apart. Any idea what would need to be replaced? The bumper itself is in good shape...in my non-mechanic opinion. I have no idea where to purchase the bar, or if I should take it to my mechanic for replacement.

Thanks,
Brett

What is that bar there for? Is it attached to anything or is it just bolted to the bottom of the bumper? Better yet, do you have a picture of it?
