popping sound from exhaust = leak?

yeah its just unburnt fuel in the exhaust igniting, not really a problem, although sometimes it can cause the cat to fry if it is occuring far enough up in the exhaust. That is kinda rare though. [sm=badbadbad.gif]
right on the money. Youd have to be igniting an obscene ammount of unburnt gas to hurt a converter as far away from the heads as ours are.

wish i had a manual, would be so much easier to do :P, i've got to shift to neutral then rev it, but i usually let the rpm's go back down because i dont think its a good thing to put it in drive at high rpms, right?

lmao .. hell im running 35's and 3.55 gears and i'll still tack it up and drop the clutch haha! those tires roar when they actually feel like breaking loose
