I need to change my starter tomorrow and all the sockets in my set are 6pt. Just wondering if anyone knows what size the 12pt mounting bolts are for the diesel starters. So I dont have to buy a whole set. And also are there 2 or 3 mounting bolts? thanks

 

There is only 2 bolts for the starter. Don't quote me but I think they are 15 or 16 mm.
