Your rear diff is a Chrysler Corporate 9.25" ... the front is a Dana 44. You refill the diff after reinstalling the cover. Make sure the cover you get has a fill hole.

I agree, get a tuve of RTV. Cost the same as the gasket, or cheaper and you'll have tons left to use of other stuff.

I cant find anything for the Chrysler Corporate 9.25" ......... The only covers i can find are for a Dana 40 and and Dana 60. Is the Chrysler 9.25 the same as one of those ??? I just dont want to mess anything up.

First off you should check b/c some of the Dodge's had a 8.25 and a 9.25 Chrsyler rear end. Look in your glove compartment I believe it may tell you what kind of rear end you have. Don't search for a Corporate Axle, b/c it will probably come up wrong. I picked up a cover for my 01 Ram from Accuautoparts.com, it was about 40 bucks with shipping. Also, I used RTV sealer it is cheaper and a lot easier to clean up if you have to go back in the pumpkin.

the only axles that came in rams is either the corp. 9.25 or a dana 60, dana 70, or dana 80. 1500's came with 9.25, the 2500's came with either a 9.25 or dana 60, dana 70, 3500's had the dana 80 the 9.25 and dana 60 are every differnet axles. the dana 60 cover looks just like your front axle cover, just larger. the 9.25 looks like a stop sign
