Dick Cepek 6 inch lift arrived!!!!
Just recieved the six boxes for the lift. The Fed-Ex guys had fun. This stuff is heavy. No cheap metal tubing or plates here. Ordered it from Extreme Suspensions. It has the 48" long arm system for the front. I'll keep you guys informed as to how well the install goes.
The rims came this week also. Like Christmas around here......

RE: Dick Cepek 6 inch lift arrived!!!!
My plan is to take the 3" Rancho kit off and put the 6" on. Leave the body lift on. I got the 37" tires from National Tire and Wheel a month or so back.
After spending a couple of hours with a power ball and mothers polish to see how well my wheels would clean up I decided to get new ones. After debating on the American Racing AR23 or Eagle 186, I figure the clear coated wheel will still look good a year or so later with out me sitting on the ground with a drill or hand rubbing them. There is a group out of N.C. on Ebay, http://stores.ebay.com/RIM-ZONE . Great prices. Shipping, chrome lug nuts, valves and center caps free. 399. for all four. The Eagles are going for less.
While I'm at it, getting a new rear bumper and step bars. Debating on painting the bull bar while the bumper is getting done. Thinking about painting the bar and leaving the skid plate black. The lights that are waiting to go on are black so I figured it would blend with the front bumper that is painted with black trim. Still need to pull all the parts out and see if the arms will get painted. Getting ready to be off for two weeks and it's going to be in the mid 60's to mid 70's till late next week. Should be able to get some stuff done. Providing I can dodge the wife and her list. Will get pictures as things happen...........
