So I have a 1996 1500 with a tiny 3.9 2WD. Its not the best but I love her. I've put over $3000 fixing her up, all on the outside, so now I'd like to do something different. What do you think about puttng dual exhaust on it? I want to but well it's only a v6 so I don't want it to look...dumb.

I wouldn't worry so much what it looks like (it'll look like any other Dodge with duals) but more about what it sounds like. You're not going to get the rumble and roar of a V8 because it's NOT a V8. However, if you're looking for increased performance (or mileage) and don't care what it sounds like ... do it.

 

lol, how does a v6 push a big 1/2 ton lol, sry just thought that the motor is too small for that application >>

I love the sound of my V8 with dual exhaust! It has that deep rumble that Bill mentioned.
